On iOS:

4. Force close the SimpliSafe app before relaunching the app and signing in.

On Android:

1. Tap the 3 vertical dots in the corner of the screen and choose “Settings.”
2. Follow the steps for your browser:
• Google Chrome or Brave: select “Site Settings.”
• Mozilla Firefox: select “Site Permissions.”
• Samsung Internet: select “Sites and Downloads” → “Site Permissions”
• Microsoft Edge: select “Privacy and Security” → “Site Settings”
3. Ensure that you are allowing cookies
